By using Symplano, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Account

• • Keep your password secure
• • You're responsible for all account activity
• • One account per parent/guardian

Family Groups

• • Only add real family members or authorised caregivers
• • Respect other family members' privacy
• • Remove members who should no longer have access

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

DO use Symplano for:

• • Family scheduling and coordination
• • School event management
• • Activity planning
• • Reminder setting

DON'T use Symplano for:

• • Commercial purposes
• • Illegal activities
• • Harassment or abuse
• • Sharing inappropriate content
• • Attempting to hack or disrupt service

4. AI FEATURES

By enabling AI features, you:

• • Consent to AI processing of shared content
• • Understand AI may make mistakes
• • Agree to verify AI-generated events
• • Can disable AI at any time

5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

Premium Account

• • AI email parsing
• • Share with family members
• • Unlimited children
• • Smart reminders
• • Calendar integrations
• • Multi-device access

Billing

• • Monthly or annual options
• • Cancel anytime
• • No refunds for partial months
• • Price changes with 30 days notice

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Symplano owns:

• • The app and website
• • Our logo and branding
• • The underlying technology

You own:

• • Your family's data
• • Content you create
• • Information you upload

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We're not liable for:

• • Missed events or appointments
• • AI parsing errors
• • Service interruptions
• • Data loss beyond our control
• • Indirect damages

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You'll defend us from claims arising from:

• • Your use of Symplano
• • Violation of these terms
• • Infringement of others' rights

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate accounts that:

• • Violate these terms
• • Remain inactive for 12+ months
• • Engage in abusive behaviour

You may delete your account anytime in Settings.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in English courts.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms are the complete agreement between us.
